Description
In our everyday like we conduct various researches like to find a good school for our child to purchase a car a house or a book and we seek many quarries from our friends or read relevant literatures . So research is a creative process and I can admit "Where there is a will there is a way" legal research is important tool not only for students of research methodology but lewyers judges law firms. PL activists and NGOs Research demands will power and innovation, dynamic analytic approach to prove or disprove hypothesis. Research inculcates scientific and inductive thinking and it promotes the development of logical habits of thinking and organisation. The most basic step in legal research is to find the leading case governing the issues in question. As most researchers know this is far more difficult than it sounds. My vision about research methodology is that, "research is a complex, multifaceted activity such that it is not easy to provide novice  researchers with relevant procedural knowledge without overwhelming and thus disempowering them." Acquiring research expertise may well be a life-long process, we simply cannot hold back with our first investigation until we have learnt every relevant detail. To edit a book like this is beset with over-structuring and simplification. The crystallised idea for editing this book is that how research methods can be taught and learnt. The emphasis is on developing a research outlook and a frame of mind for carrying out research. To present the overall research process is a unitary whole, and then to explain it by breaking it into small pieces is a difficult task. Being a student of the subject of research methodology: I feel encouraged when my teachers, friends and students put me in the job to fetch the best literature on the subject. Therefore, an endeavour is carried out through this book so that the students can grasp the details in order to get a proper perspective of the subject. Mostly researchers get off track from their research due to lack of knowledge and basic skills. They leave research thinking grapes are sour'or adopt the other non-acceptable means like plagiarism. My goal is to bring a book that would present the methodological concepts and skills that are widely shared by researchers across the field of socio-legal and interdisciplinary research. Finally, one of the most important goals of editing this book is to introduce the core principles of socio-legal research in a way that is straight forward. Hence the text of the book reflects accessibility and readability of the wide range of scholars.
