Description
After writing text-books of English I & II for Law Students, the author presents this volume 'Legal Language and Legal Writing', basing on the syllabus of Bar Council of India and syllabi of different Universities. The syllabus of this subject is so vast and wide, however, the author tried to provide basic and preliminary legal terms and other material to attain skills of legal language and legal writing by consulting many books referred to in Bibliography. The author is thankful to authors and publishers of the references of the Bibliography. The author is grateful to Dr. A. Narsing Rao, Director LL.B. 5 Years Degree Course P.O. College of Law (OU) Hyderabad for his kind gesture in giving an illuminating foreword to this book. The author is specially thankful to the publishers for all their co-operation and for publishing it in an attractive form. It is hoped that the present edition will meet in a great measure the needs of those for whom it is meant. Suggestions for the improvement of the book are welcome and will be gratefully acknowledged.
