Description
Research is a continuous process to identify the problem and find its solution. Legal research is necessary to give proper direction to the study of law. I t is indispensable for legal scholars, students, lawyers as well as judges. University Grant Commission has introduced the subject at the master's level. Very few work is done on the subject which covers the syllabi of U.G.C. curriculum. Keeping in view the dire need of such a work, author brought out the book on legal research methodology including methods of legal teaching. The chapters in the book have been put into two parts : Part A deals with the legal education and contains 9 Chapters. These chapters being to focus the methods of law teaching, their merits and demerits. Reports of Law Commission and Knowledge Commission have also been incorporated here. Part B of the book deals mainly with research methodology in 20 Chapters/ These chapter take into account the diverse aspects of legal research including different kinds of research methods, sampling tools of data collection, analysis and data, report writing, etc.
