Book Description

The latest developments that have taken place in law relating to bank lending vide several judgments of the Apex Court and High Courts of India till ending 2009 and some important amendments effected in related laws have been duly incorporated in the book. Part I of the book is the foundational raft on which all other nine parts of the book stand like pillars of a building. Each Part of the text deals with a specific subject matter in a lucid and candid matter. A comparative view of different State Laws that have bearing on bank credit has been sketched out at related stages of the book. Effort has been made to highlight variance wherever found in the State laws applicable on a particular point regarding bank loans. It is ardently hoped that the book will serve as a ready referencer on myriad legal matters associated with bank credit. An honest endeavour has been made to enrich the book with considerable case laws but at the same time avoidance of irrelevance has not been forgotten. .........................................................................................................................
