Description
I would not probably have had the urge to write law books, but for the profound inspiration and unceasing encouragement of my beloved teachers Late Dr. P. Koteswar Rao, Prof of Law (Retd), S.V. University, Dr. K. Vishnu Murthy, Prof. of Law (Retd), Kakatiya University, My Ph.D guide, Dr. N.S. Jagannadha Rao, LL.M, Ph.D., D.Lit. Prof. & Head, RG Dept of Law, Berhampur University, and the first recipient of Dr. Lit, in the States of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh, My other Ph. D Guide, Dr. B.S. Murthy, Prof. of Human Resource Management, Andhra University, my eldest brother Prof. Rega Jaganmohan Rao, Principal (Retd), University College of Law, Andhra University and my wife, Mrs. Balivada T. Gowri, Advocate. The urge was reinforced, when I began my teaching career in February, 1986 in the well reputed and prestigious institution of Legal Studies, Sir C.R.R. Law College, Eluru, A.P., under the stewardship of Late Shri Ravi Purnachandra Rao, Founder Principal, who strove hard for the institution to scale loftier heights. The stimulus to this urge was provided by my students which persuaded me to write books useful to the Law Students.
