Author Details
T Ramappa is a lawyer advising on company law and corporate
commercial matters with deep experience in mergers, joint ventures,
technology transfer agreements, equipment purchase contracts and
arbitration. His articles on some of these subjects have been published
in leading journals and newspapers in India. Wheeler Publishing
published, in June 2000, his book Intellectual Property Rights under WTO
- Tasks Before India*. Macmillan India Ltd published, in 2002, his next
book Legal Issues in Electronic Commerce*. Asia Law House published his
book Intellectual Property Rights Law in India in 2010.The second
edition of this book was published by Asia Law House, in 2016.In 2011,
Asia Law House published his book 'Professional Services - Rights and
Duties'. Oxford University Press India published in 2006 his book
Competition Law in India - Policy, Issues and Developments* and a
paperback edition of the same work in 2009, with a critique on the 2007
amendments to the Competition Act, 2002. The next edition, third and
revised edition of this book, was published in 2014. In June 2015, the
Company Law Institute of India, Chennai published his book on The
Companies Act, 2013 as amended by the Companies [Amendment] Act, 2015.
