In the present edition, we have taken note of development on the subject in India and also in foreign countries. case law up to January 2021 has been included. Various topics have been discussed in detail. Certain new topics have also been added. We have, however, taken care to ensure that the book remains as "student Edition" and does not become Commentary or Treatise on the subjects. Readers interested in detailed and analytical approach to various issues may refer to Lawyers' Edition of the Authors' Administrative Law. 
A new feature added in this edition is a List of Suggested Readings, which is a compilation of articles by legal luminaries to widen the scope of discussion on several topics.
