Description
The book "Law of Torts, Consumer Protection Act, 1986 & Motor Vehicles Act, 1988" (Karnataka State Law University Syllabus for Three-Year & Five-Year Degree Course) has been written in accordance with the contents of course for law students of three- year and five-year degree course. The book is unique on several grounds. Firstly, this is the first guide book for students of law and faculty, which contains detailed portions of the syllabus. Secondly, it helps the students to answer all the questions in the exams in systematic way. Thirdly, thirty-four chapters have been narrated in a clear and lucid style, so that the readers may understand them easily. Fourthly, this book has answered for previous five years question paper in a perfect way. Fifthly, this book is devised to group each chapter in different units as per the university instructions. And lastly, the language is simple and understandable. All in all, the author has made every effort to present the answers in distinct, evident and intelligible style. At the end of the chapters, the author has given a list of reference books and previous year university question papers. The author has consulted many books while writing the present guide book, and it would be appropriate for me to acknowledge my debt to the authors. A student or faculty who is keen to learn more about Torts is advised to read further the books mentioned in the reference.
