Author Details
The Author is Practising advocate enrolled himself in year 1969, From 1973 to 1992 worked in Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation as Law Officer and again resumed practice of Law immediately He special sed in Banking and Corporate laws. During his tenure in APSFC as Law Officer, took initiative in drafting various types of loan security documents and getting them standardised.
Initiation of action u/S29 of SFCs Act, 1951 is a  very common mode of recovery of dues in SFCs. He was authorised in several matters to take recovery measures on behalf of the Corporation. Participated in several seminars and workshops and was also faculty in related training programmes and attended many programmes sponsored by All India Financial Institutions and also APSFC. His other books are i. Commentary on The Family Courts Act, 1984 ii. Law relating to Debts Recovery Tribunals, which have been well received by the readers throughout the country and both the books have gone to other edtions. Those books have been acclaimed by legal and other journals Including national daily "The Hindu". He has versatile knowledge in many branches of Law with a special interest in Banking side. Has been handling cases in DRTs from their very inception. This book reveals his professional accumen.
