The Book "Law relating to Science and Technology" deals with twenty new scientific and technological developments which are necessary to law persons to have an elementary knowledge of the basis of Science and Technology. A legal system is intended to represent a synthesis of conflicting interests. Knowledge of the material world in its purest form is science, and when put to practical use, it becomes technology. Wisdom, at the peak of its excellence is the foundation of the ideal political system, and, when utilized to regulate human relationships, becomes Law. This interface between law and technology is a vast and constantly growing subject of legal practice as well as scholarly study. The law plays an important and multifaceted role in this complex relation. On the one hand it regulates the scientific and technological developments shaping their use and application to fit society's needs and stop those who want to use the advancements only for their own benefit. Being a teacher I know the problems of the teaching community in teaching this subject. Students are also facing the problem from pillar to post for collection and analysis of different scientific developments in relation to law. The book will certainly fulfill the vacuum and standing demand of law schools, universities, policy makers, judiciary and professionals of different field.
