Author Details
DR. KOMAL, Associate Professor, Sushant University, Gurugram, has a doctorate in Corporate Law. Besides being a dedicated teacher and mentor in the discipline, she is the author of a comprehensive textbook Business Laws and the co-editor of Contours of Real Estate. She has several book chapters and research papers to her credit in journals and publications of repute along with papers and scholarly pieces in numerous international and national forums. With her research and writing acumen, Dr. Komal has combined the theoretical and practical aspects of law to mould a teaching pedagogy in law school. She has established the Centre for Corporate Legal Research and Training at Sushant University, Gurugram. Other than teaching and writing, Dr. Komal spends most of her time reading, cooking and traveling to interesting places across the globe.
