NAMAN MOHNOT, alumnus of National Law University, Delhi (2016), is an Advocate practicing before the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan as well as other Hon'ble Courts and forums. He is the co-author of Judgments That Shaped the Indian Jurisprudence: Supreme Court Ruling in Perspective (1950-2016) and of India's first legal text on surrogacy, Surrogacy & the Law.
