Description
Law enforcement and its administration is the sovereign function of the Government. Such judicial functions and judicial powers are one of the essential attributes of a sovereign State exercised through bureaucratic discharge. Over a time, on considerations of policy, the State transferred its judicial functions and powers partly to the courts established by the Constitution. Travelled from medieval bureaucratic dispensation, through courtier institutional edifice, it partially rests in present era with the specialists mix tribunals, a duo of legal and administrative acumen in many fields, like, taxation, services, corporate affairs, and so on extending to about half a century of such fields. Uniquely, not only the appeals are settled but the corporate rights and obligations are also adjudicated upon by the tribunals, Every litigation surfaces by administrative lapses on infringement of the right or obligation, contractual or statutory. A grievance of such right or obligation against a party or the government is raised and that provides a cause of action. A relief is sought through dispute resolution mechanism from the bureaucrats, courts and statutory authorities.
