The Indian Partnership Act 1932, is an act to define and amend the Law of Partnership. The said Act came into force in 1-10-
1932 except Section 69 of the Act which came into force on 1-10-1933. The 1st Edition of this short commentary on the Law of Partnership was released in 1997 and the reprint of the same was released in 1998. The 1st Edition was received well by the Bar, Bench and also the public concerned with the subject. As the copies have been exhausted, it became necessary to bring  up the 2nd Edition in well improved form. Infact much care had been taken to see that all the recent cases of the apex court and the different High Courts relating to the subject had been incorporated at the appropriate places. Further even in appendices the relevant Income Tax Rules also find a place. I may be failing in my duty if I fail to thank the proprietor Sri Kishan Chand Gogia of M/s Gogia Law Agency, and the editorial staff for their support at regular intervals. I also thank Mr. Khader Ahmed Khan, (D.T.P. Operator), Sri. P. Jagdish Chander Prasad, P. Tulasi Chander Prasad who have helpled me in many ways. This Book could not have been completed with this much of speed and accuracy but for the whole hearted co-operation and support from all my well wishers.
