Description
The essential of a notice are :
(i)    It must state the name and description of the giver of notice;
(ii)   It must state the name and description of the person to whom it is given;
(iii)  It must state the intimation which is derived to be conveyed, the object of the notice and action or
        inaction;
(iv)  It must be signed by or on behalf of the giver of notice;
(v)   It must mention the date of the notice.
