Author Details
Mr. S.K. Sarvaria is presently serving as the District Judge North West, Delhi. He has a vast experience in the varied fields of judiciary for the last 33 years. From time to tiem, he has held various courts dealing ith civil, criminal, rent and labour matters and has also presided over at Registrar's Court at the High Court of Delhi. His experience in the legal field is reflected in the various law books he has written. His works as an author inlcuded the commentaries on various statutes, namely, the Indian Penal Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Indian  Registration Act, Negotiable Insturments Act, Indian Trusts Act and the Powers of Attorney Act. He has contributed tot he work of Halsbury's Laws of India.
