Author Details
Bivas Chatterjee, is a practising Advocate graduated from University of Calcutta and done his LL.M., is connected with the client companies who deal with telecom and IT for nearly twelve years or so. He is now empanelled Advocate for all the major Telecom Service Providers and Infrastructure providing companies. He is also intensively dealing with different facets of cyber contravension and related issues for different corporate as well as for individual clients. Form then the simple cyber fraud or hacking to latest cyber-psycho- torture related incidence Mr. Chatterjee is in the forefront dealing with the legal issues. This apart from being in professional obligation, cyber world woostheauthortospendhissparetimeworkingonit.
He is a Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator and Certified Ethical Hacker obtained the very certification from EC Council, USA.
He is a regular visiting lecturer in Central Detective Training School under Ministry of Home, Govt. of India, Swami Vivekananda Police Academy and Administrative Training Institute under Govt. of West Bengal, Colleges under Calcutta University. He is also conducting cases at Cyber Adjudication in West Bengal. He has co-authored of the book named "Your Ultimate Cyber Crime Survival Guide". He is also the sole author of the Book on cyber law named as "Cyber Crime Manual" in English, Bengali and Hindi. He is also the author of Electronic Evidence, Dense CloudfLegal Analysis of Cloud Computing), Information Technology Manual, Cyber Contract, etc.
He has been appointed as Special Public Prosecutor by Government of West Bengal for Conducting Cyber Case.
