Description
The text book entitled Law and Literature, authored by Prof. Usha Ganesh and with a Foreword by Former Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Justice Dipak Misra, is written with meticulous detail to serve the students pursuing law. As a text-book, it is fused in with the text proper, detailed interpretation of the legal aspects in the pieces of literature wisely chosen, trivia to interest the students outside the realm of exhaustive and saturating analysis and questions that shall be food for their thought. The pieces of literature have been chosen with much thought, debate and discussion to provide to the young minds a variety of literature from several genres arraying from drama, short stories, prose to pieces of poetry. Fused in with these are a few legal cases that help us better understand and appreciate literature.
