Description
The subject 'Limitation Act' has been included as a unit in the book 'Code of Civil Procedure' written by the author. When gathered at lunch after the Convocation of NALSAR University of Law, Prof. Madabhushi Sridhar Acharyulu has expressed his opinion on that unit stating that the principles of limitation have been dealt excellently and asked the author to expand it into a fullfledged volume as there are no many student editions on that subject. Shri Sunil Gogia of Asia Law House, who was present at that time readily came forward to publish it. The result is the outcome of this book.
