Author Details
Dr. B.R.N. Sarma is presently an Assistant Professor (Law and Assistant Registrar at Chanakya National Law University, Patna(Bihar). He did his Graduation and Post-Graduation in Law from Berhampur University, Orissa. He obtained Doctorate degree in Law from Andhra University. He has around seven years of teaching experience, has attended several National Seminars and Has publications to his credit in reputed journals. His area of research includes Commercial Laws, Property Laws, and Procedural Laws.
