Dr. B.L. Wadehra's book on "Law Relating to Intellectual Property" has occupied an exalted place in the country from its very inception. I think, this book has become the first and the foremost choice of the law students, academicians, lawyers and all those who are interested to know, what intellectual property is. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Dr. B.L. Wadehra has written this book in a very inimitable style. One more thing I would like to point out that all the matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights is in compendious form. He has tried to give all the matters relating to Intellectual Property with exuberance. Really, I am in exultation in presenting the fifth Edition of Dr. B.L. Wadehra's book on "Law Relating to Intellectual Property" to the Legal fraternity and all those who are interested to know what Intellectual Property is and what their rights in respect of the same are.
