Description
After the third edition of this book had been released, the Securities and Exchange Board of India amended Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 which came into force from April 01, 2019 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, w.e.f. 21.1.2019. The amended Regulations made some radical changes in the 2015-Regulations. This edition of the book has been thoroughly revised to bring it consonant with the amended Regulations.
