Description
Decrees are either interlocutory or final. In the strictest sense all decrees are interlocutory until signed and enrolled but it is not in this sense that the terms are in practice used. But while there is a distinction well-understood it is not always easy of exact definition. Execution of decree primarily deals with enforcement of or giving effect to the judgments, decrees or orders of the Court. The warm well accorded welcome to the book in its Second Edition has prompted the revising Authors to undertake the revision of the book. The book is now in its Third Edition.
This revised Third Edition has been made upto date by incorporating the latest case-law upto October, 2015 of the Supreme Court and High Courts. Over-ruled and ruled out cases have been culled out to make the book exhaustive and upto date in every aspect. It is believed that this book apart from being handy would prove itself as a guide to the Bench, Bar, Government Officers and general public at large. Appreciation of this Edition by the discerning readers will be the real satisfaction of the revising authors.
