Description
This Book "Law Relating to Execution of Decrees and Orders" by M.S.Pai was originally released by Taneja Law Publishers, Hyderabad in 1984. The said Book was thoroughly revised by Dr. N. Maheshwara Swamy and the same was released by way of 2nd Edition in the year 1998. The present revision work of this Book had been entrused to me by the present Publishers and though because of long lapse of time, the revisional work of this Book is a bit laborious, having been attracted by the contents of this Book and the way in which the subject had been dealt with, I have undertaken the thorough revision of this Book which in fact occupied substantial time. In Introduction, certain portions had been deleted, since those are totally unrelated to the topic "Law Relating to Execution of Decrees and Orders". Further several of the repeated legislations also had been deleted and appropriate present legislations, which are in force have been dealt with in Introduction. Apart from deletion of unnecessary material, some further relevant additional material had been added, so as to further improve the utility of this Book. The relevant case-law from the year 1998 up-to-date also had been placed at the appropriate places.
In this voluminous revisional work, assistance had been given to me by my associates, the learned Advocates in my office, Shri Phanindra Kumar Chennapati, Sri Kanderi Sridhar and in view of the same, I may be failing in my duty if I won't thank them. I also thank my family members, who had assisted me well while picking up the relevant decisions in the office.
I also thank the Publishers, M/s. Asia Law House, the Staff of M/s. Asia Law House but for whose assistance it might not have been possible to bring up such nice simple commentary on the topic so well and so soon. I request all readers to give their valuable suggestions for further guidance in further improving the Book in Future Editions.
