Description
I was honoured when I was entrusted with the task of revision of Goyle's Law of Easements and Licences . It was indeed a pleasing task but uphill to maintain its standard. Though the Indian Easements Act 1882 has not undergone any amendment recently but the Act with the passage of time is developing and enriched as it is by subsequent judicial pronouncements. I have split up Chapter 1 (Introduction) of earlier edition into Chapter 1 & 2 as Introduction and of Easements Generally respectively for easy and hassle-free understanding. Different headings and sub-headings are incorporated to help the readers to reach their desired topics with ease. Almost all the important judicial pronouncements of different High Courts, apex court and those of abroad are incorporated to keep up with its quality.
