Author Details
Dr. Ritu Gupta :  An Associate Professor at National Law University Delhi, Dwarka, New Delhi. She has also taught at University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indreprastha University, Dwarka, New Delhi and Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), PITmpura, New Delhi. She has done her Ph.D. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She is a member of the Sexual Harassment Standing Committee, Prassar Bharthi, New Delhi. She has presented papers in various National and International conferences and Seminars and has been writing on various legal issues inreputed journals. She was  awarded 'Ms. Super Personality' by Competition Success Review in 1988. She has written National Level Prize winning Essays and Articles in Magazines and Newspapers. She has also authored a book for law students titled 'Law of Contract'.
