The book Law of Contract present the law in a simple and easy way so that the learner can understand the basic rationality of each and every statutory provision incorporated in the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Specific Relief Act, 1963. Author Details
Prof. Dr. Rajni Malhotra Dhingra, has an experienced of teaching in Law for more than 15 years. She was dean, Vivekananda Law School, VIPS from 2013 to December 2015. Her areas of specialization are Law of Contract and Property Law. She has published many Articles in National and International Journals to her Credit. Her books titled NGOs and Protection of Human Rights, Transfer of Property Act and Indian Easement Act, 1882, Marginalised Groups in India: Legal Mechanism to Combat Inequalities and Legal Protection to Marginalised Groups find place in various libraries including the library of the Parliament
