The present edition of the book has been thoroughly revised and updated. All the amendments including the Specific Relief (Amendment) Act, 2018 and the Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, 2018 have been incorporated in this book with their appropriate explanation. Relevant Pronouncements of Supreme Court and High Courts have also been incorporated at appropriate places to illustrate, interpret & update the provisions of the law.
