Description
After success of other publications, the readers strongly demanded for specialized studies on the laws relating to appellate jurisdiction. Although some other books were also ready for publication, but because of persistent demand, particularly from the lawyers and for other reasons and convenience our publishers, who are concern of repute also preferred to publish this book now and that is how it came to you.
Although the subject has already been covered by the earlier comments on CPC, presented by me and published by Universal Law Publishing, yet there were some constraints in going in further details on the subject. Easy handling and convenient portability of the books is an important thing which has to be kept in mind while preparing a book and at the same-time, exhaustive studies on legal topics is also an important aspect of the legal profession. Hence, subject-wise specialized book has become demand of the day.
In course of completing other books, I felt that hardly any author has considered the desirability of presenting such book with concentrated discussion. I have tried my best to meet the demand of the legal activists, and it is for you the readers to judge how far it could serve you.
