Author Details
Sreenivasulu N. S. is Professor of law at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, India. He has been teaching and researching on intellectual property and technology law since 2003. He has contributed to the legal jurisprudence through his writings and has about 95 research publications. His recent book is Law Relating to Intellectual Property (2013). He got invited to Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Germany in 2010 and 2013 as Max Planck Fellow. He was also invited by Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 2010 as Script Fellow for academic visit. He was invited global Illuminators, Malaysia in 2014 and Madison Country Bar Association, Madison, USA in 2016as resource person/chair for academic events on intellectual property and biotechnology law. He is also associated with World Commission for Human Rights at London. He is advisor/peer reviewer/editor for international journals such as Journal of Intellectual Property Rights, California and International Journal of Intellectual Property Law, Turkey. He was offered Microsoft Chair Professorship by Microsoft India in 2014. He has provided consultation and advisory services on policy matters on IPR to the Government of India.
