Description
The First Edition of this Book, "Law of Affidavits" was in the 1999 and within a short span of time this Book is being released as 9th year Edition. The aspect of evidence by affidavits and utilisation and reception of affidavits and the relevant provisions in relation thereto had not been incorporated in the recent  legislations. However, the decisions falling under different chapters had been arranged and placed at appropriate places. The present Edition had been  improved further by us keeping in view the suggestions given by several members of the Bar and the Bench all over the country. We thank all of them for  giving valuable suggestions and we hope that such suggestions would be further given for further improvement of this Book while releasing the future  Editions. We may be failing in our duty if we won't thank Shri Vijay Kumar Agarwal, Shri P. Sankara Narayana Murthy, Shri Manoj Sen and the other staff of  Mahadayi Water Dispute Tribunal, New Delhi for the immense help extended by them in this regard. We also thank Shri Phanindra Kumar Chennapati, who  had been assisting us very well in picking up the relevant case law. We also further thank the library staff of the Judges' Library of Telangana High Court and also Telangana Judicial Academy. We also further thank the Publishers, Asia Law House, Shri Sunil Gogia, Shri Anil Gogia and Shri Arun Gogia and Editorial staff, Smt. Kanakam, Shri Sudershan Singh, Shri Johnson, Shri Aijaz, Shri Naresh Reddy, Smt. Radha Kumari and Shri Solomon, but for whose abled assistance  and help it will not have been possible to bring up this 9th Edition so soon, so well. Special thanks to Ms. Nishtha Gogia, student of LLB 3rd year at Padala Rama Reddy Law College, Hyderabad for her able assistance in editing and preparation of Subject-Index using I.T. Skills. It is needless to say that the  patronage of the readers at large is highly essential for the popularity and utility of a Book in this book world. We also heartfully thank all those concerned with this topic who had been extending their helping hands in keeping this Book lively in the Law Book World.
