Description
This is the 14th edition of "A STUDY ON K.S.R. [PARTS I & II]". The 13th edition was published in April 2019 incorporating amendments, Orders and Case Laws up to 30-04-2019. The unreserved patronage received from a large number of Government Employees, Service Associations and persons in the legal profession has inspired us to publish this 13th edition within a short time. We are very happy to place this book before our readers with the hope that this book will also receive the same degree of support and encouragement. Government have approved our three publications titled "A Handbook on Kerala State & Subordinate Services Rules, 1958", "A Handbook on Kerala Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1960" & "A Handbook on Reimbursement of Medical Expenses to Government Employees" as reference books for all Government Departments Vide G.O.(Rt.) 385/201 l/P&ARD. dated 2nd December, 2011, G.O.(Rt.)300/2012/P&ARD. dated 14th August, 2012 &G.O.(Rt.)4174/2013/H&FWD. dated 17th December, 2013 respectively. The Government publication on Kerala Service Rules (Parts I & II) now available is Eighth Edition. In this edition we have incorporated latest amendments, rulings and decisions upto 30-04-2019. In addition many important Executive Orders, Circulars & Government letters, etc., have been included.
