Description
The eighth edition of Kerala Service Rules Volume I is being published after 7 years since its last edition and has been made up-to-date incorporating all the
amendments issued thereafter. Attempt has been made to improve the quality of materials used for printing the present edition of the book so that readers will find it more convenient to refer to the same and use the book effectively. This book will be an asset for employees and all others who use it for their daily work as well as those who would like to keep abreast about the current regulations governing the service sector of the State Government.
The Finance Department shall endeavour to respond to its readers in its quest to improve service delivery and any suggestions or omissions or any difficulty
in interpreting these rules, pointed out by readers will be promptly addressed.
