Description
This book "Kerala Government Servants' Conduct Rules, 1960" is the sixth edition. The fifth edition was published in August 2015 incorporating amendments, Orders up to 31-07-2015. The unreserved patronage received from a large number of Government Employees, Service Associations and persons in the legal profession has inspired us to publish this sixth edition. We are very happy to place this book before our readers hoping that this book will also receive the same degree of support and encouragement as the earlier editions. In the present edition we have incorporated latest amendments up to 31-01-2019. In this book many important Executive Orders, Circulars & Government letters, etc. of five decades have been arranged chronologically and subject index is given at the end of the book for easy reference. For benefit of location of all connected rules and orders an effort has been made to indicate subsequent changes at the appropriate places. This will help to ascertain the orders as they stood at any point of time. Any suggestion for further improvement will be welcome. All efforts have been made to see that this publication is as exhaustive as possible and up-to-date. However there are no means to ensure that this is absolutely exhaustive. The readers are requested to bring to notice any omission or lapse they may come across so that they could be rectified in future editions.
