This book "A Hand book on The Kerala Education Act 1958 and Kerala Education Rules 1959" is the Nineth Edition. The last Edition was published in July, 2017. The unreserved patronage received from a large number of Government employees, teachers and non-teaching staff, Service Unions and persons in the Legal Profession has inspired us to publish this 9" Edition. We are happy to place this book before our readers with the hope that this will also receive the same degree of support and encouragement as the earlier editions had.
We have taken care to see that the Special Rules for Higher Secondary Education, Kerala State General Education State and Subordinate Services, Vocational Higher Secondary Education and DIET State Service, The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and Rules, 2011, Important Orders relating to Secondary Education, Government School Teachers, etc are incorporated, as updated, in this Edition.
