It is with great pleasure that I present the fourth edition of "The Kerala Cooperative Societies Act and Rules". This edition comes after a significant period. The delay in publishing this edition was due to various unavoidable circumstances, but I firmly believe that the updates and additions included will make the wait worthwhile.
