The provisions of the Act and Rules have been analysed by a team dedicated researchers and have been stated in a simplified manner. The organisation, duties and responsibilities of each stakeholder have been analysed separately so that each stakeholder can equip himself or herself with the part of the law which is relevant to him or her.Charts have been prepared so that the legal proivisions can be understood in a simplified and user friendly manner. The key responsibilities of the approach of each stakeholder have been summarized by the Hon'ble Judges of the Supreme Court and different High Courts. The entire manual has been discussed and debated by an Advisory Committee constituted for this purpose.
