Description
International Trade Law, which includes the rules and customs governing trade between different countries, has always been a challenging area, and is generally found to be technical and difficult to grasp by law researchers, who are new to the subject. Sensing this long-felt need, I have brought before the students and others concerned, International Trade Law from the legal perspective in a simple, user-friendly, and easily understandable form in this book. It is the most up-to-date book consisting of international conventions for trade by air, sea & land, INCOTERM, WTO, and various related international trade agreements like GATT, GATS, TRIPS, TRIMS, and other related agreements. It also mentions the Indian position, i.e., actions taken by India to make Indian laws in tune with these international trade agreements.
Important case-laws and copious examples have been incorporated where ever relevant to make the topics clearer and easy to understand. I am sure all the readers would find this edition quite useful in their study.
