Author Details
Sreenivasulu NS is a Professor of Law at the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. Formerly, he was a faculty at National Law School of India University, Bangalore and University of Mysore. He graduated in commerce (B.Com) from Sri Krishnadeveraya University, Andhra Pradesh. He obtained his Law degree (LL.B) with first rank/gold medal from Kuvempu University, Karnataka. He obtained his Master's degree in Law (LL.M) from University of Mysore, Karnataka. Further, he obtained much acclaimed Doctoral Degree in Law (Ph.D) from University of Mysore. His areas of specialisation include 'Intellectual Property and Technology Laws'. His representative list of publications includes his book on "Law relating to Biotechnology" published by Oxford University Press, UK, "Law relating to Intellectual Property" published by Penguin-Partridge Publications, USA. He has got to his credit about 100 publications including seven books, three monograms, 9 edited volumes, 9 chapters in book and more than 70 research articles published from reputed and peer reviewed publishing houses. He has been teaching and researching in the field of law from past 13 years.
