Description
The Intellectual Property Law is itself a new property and a new law derived from the international instruments, which have evolved just 125 Years ago. It is quite different with that of the Traditional Property (Movable and Immovable Property), which has started from the starting point of human civilization i.e., many centuries old. The Intellectual Property is the product of human brain. It is an incorporeal and intangible property. The differences between the traditional property and the intellectual property are narrated in tabular form in Topic IV. (1).C.(iii). "Distinction between Trade Mark and Property Mark".
