Author Details
Dr Versha Vahini is Professor of Law and Head of the Department of Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University. She has more than 18 years of experience in teaching law and legal research. She has punished various articles in national and international journals on a variety of subjects including Right to Information, the Indian Penal Code and issues related to women. She has been working in the area of competition law specifically on anti-competitive agreements for the last 10 years. Dr Vahini has also edited a book which is the student version of Ratanlal & Dhirajlal Indian Penal Code (LexisNexis, 2014).
