The liberalization of the aviation industry in India has precipitated the need for the expansion of domestic and international air carriers. Air law is closely connected with civil air transport. A Guide to India's Aviation Law throws light upon various aspects of the laws revolving around the aviation industry especially in India and will act as a useful guide to all stakeholders associated with the aviation industry.
