Description
Present day man is not confined to a region or a nation as he is a member of the world community. International relations led the States to form international organisations and the states are forced to follow the international law. All legal persons of both Bar and Bench should have comprehensive knowledge of international relations and laws. This might be the reason for the inclusion of this subject in the syllabus of the pre-law Degree Course. I have attempted to present the relevant topics of the subject basing on the syllabus of Bar Council and the syllabi of different universities and the books referred to in the Bibliography. I express my profound gratitude to the eminent authors and publishers of the books referred to. I am also thankful to the publishers for bringing out this book in an attractive form. Suggestions from the readers for improvement are welcome and will be gratefully acknowledged.
