Justice D.M. Dharmadhikari, the author has gained experience on various issues on human rights as a law practitioner for 20 years and as a Judge of MP High Court, Chief Justice of Gujarat and Judge of the Supreme Court. The author as Chairperson of Legal Services Authority, Madhya Pradesh and Chairperson of MP Human Rights Commission has field experiences on various human rights issues.
