This book is a monumental work on Hindu Law, Covering the various aspects of both codified and uncodified law. The entire book has been thoroughly revised and updated in the light of the recent significant amendments and rulings. In Chapters 1 to 15, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the uncodified law, that is, rules as laid down in various Sanskrit books that are regarded as authoritative when it comes to Hindu law.
