Description
After lapse of a considerable period of last edition the new edition was overdue. The fact that previous editions were rapidly sold out and appreciated utmost, necessitated the publication of this New Edition. The New Edition of Mr. K.R. Ramaswamy lyengar's commentary on the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, which is the one of the great classic and is known for is clarity and lucidity. The extensive penetrating research gave a wealth of details and a perspective which made the work systematic, scientific, and thorough. There has naturally to be material alteration in content and a corresponding measure of rethinking in revising the text to keep the practical utility of the masterpiece with legal developments. It is not easy task to revise a book, however, a sincere attempt has been made to revise this treatise of incredible performance by following the original pattern of the book very closely, with no pain spared and no stone unturned. The original approved plan of the learned author has been sacredly followed and preserved in revising the book.
