Description
As per the revised course of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the CS Executive level examination now includes GST in paper four, i.e. 'Tax Laws and Practice', for thirty marks. On the basis of suggestions from experts in this field and from the readers as well as students, this book has been developed keeping in mind that it should be examination oriented while at the same time giving deep practical understanding of the subject. This book includes each and every topic as is included by ICSI in the course of CS Executive level examination and has been developed using simple language and contains useful graphs and pictures, wherever needed, for the purpose of easy understanding and better memorisation. We thank the Puliani brothers - Ravi Puliani and Mahesh Puliani-- at "Bharat Law House Pvt Ltd" for their constant support and suggestions for improving the quality of the book and timely publication of the same. We also thank the publisher for making it available to a large number of readers. Though great amount of caution was ensured, yet there is always scope of improvement and thus we urge the readers for their valuable suggestions and feedbacks (caniteshparashar@gmail.com)
