Description
Private experts
In the considered opinion of the present authors, reports of private experts hired by a party for consideration should necessarily be seen with special care by the judicial courts, and that too, only after taking such evidence through the test of cross-examination! Examination of authors of such reports attract special importance.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgment is due to our expert team of editors and sub-editors who worked under our guidance putting their endless time and energy in completing this analytical voluminous work. Credit goes to Ayesha Gupta, Sole Research Associate, for collecting and arranging all the judgments for the purpose of this revision and carrying out advance research on the subject without whom the work would not have been of the standard as it is now. Most importantly, thereafter, acknowledgement also is due to the pioneer Mr. Vinod Nijhawan, the founder of Vinod Publications for giving this opportunity to write this note. Mr. Pradeep Nijhawan has always been very co-operative who gave full support and provided all requisite materials and gave new ideas whenever we had meetings and discussions. We have no words to say thanks to the esteemed publisher. The work would remain incomplete without putting on record the contribution of very young and distinctively talented Varun Nijhawan in all possible manner, for whom we find short of words to extend our congratulations for this master work, and we wish him success. It would not be inappropriate to put this on record that Varun is a complete 'industry' by himself!
