Description
Food Safety jurisprudence is an important requirement for consumers. Food plays a very significant role in protecting the health of a human being. The Food Safety Act, 2006 is a health compatible law. Effective Food control systems one eventual to the health and safety of domestic consumers and they are also elemental in enabling the countries to averse the safety and quality of their foods entering International trade and to endure that imported foods conform to national requirements. Now a days, consumers are taking unprecedented interest in the way food is produced, processed and marketed and are increasingly calling for their respective Government to accept greater responsibility for Food Safety and consumer protection.
