Author Details
Dr POONAM PRADHAN SAXENA is presently the Vice Chancellor of National Law University, Jodhpur and has been in teaching and administrative positions for the past 39 years. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a visiting faculty at the University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She is a Shastri Indo-Canadian fellow and has delivered lectures in eleven different universities across Canada. She is the author of Property Law (2017), and Family Law-ll (2019) LexisNexis publication and has also contributed to four volumes on Halsbury's laws of India, viz, Trust and Charities (Volume 29(2)) Property and Easements (Volume 12), Family Law-I (Volume 26) and Family Law-II (Volume 28). Additionally, she has also revised Mulla's Transfer of Property Act (2013) and (2018). Her articles have been published in several Indian and Foreign law journals and books.
